The hotel is modern and the staff, especially the receptionist Onel, is extremely helpful. It has a nice and perfect location in Managua, close to both Managua for Business and the impressive conference center. It's also easy to get to Loma de Tiscapa. The pool area is clean, and the shuttle service to-and-from the airport is a nice benefit.

Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was nice and absolutely perfect close enough to a different "off brand " fast food restaurant, and many main attractions, such as the Malecon, Salvador Allende Boardwalk and La Cathedral. The rooms with king bed, the bedroom, a nice view, hard-working and extremely helpful staff from the receptionist Onel. Extensive breakfast with plenty of outstanding food.

The hotel's location is great, close to restaurants, street vendors, an obelisk, an old cathedral, the national theater. The rooms are nicely furnished and well-organised. The breakfast is extensive and excellent, catering to everyone's tastes.

The hotel was clean and wonderful, had great views over the pool and towards the lake. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly and provided a friendly service. The property had a central position adjacent to a food court, a supermarket and various shops, the port with a bunch of restaurants and streets vendors, an obelisk for Pope John Paul II, an old cathedral.

The double room was a great idea. The room with a comfortable bed and amenities was lovely. The friendly service, including the shuttle to the airport, was much appreciated. Free parking was a nice bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was great as it was situated in a secure area of the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Lastly, the breakfast offered a delicious made-to-order omelette, which was a great way to start the day.
